Chevalier comes from a producer based at Nuits St Georges, who specialises in the production of sparkling wines; it has a superb and elegant presentation which makes it extremely popular for wedding receptions, Christenings etc. The very popular Sparkling Chardonnay from the Loire valley is deliciously round without any aggressive acidity.
