	Les Domaniales Deep coloured, full bodied wine with a bouquet of soft fruits, leather and spices. Gracious and lively with good length.

	Domaines des Carbonnières’ (Domaine bottled) An excellent appellation, generally quite underrated. Black red in colour with a plummy flavour, this will improve with keeping.

	Labaume Ainé & Fils 37.5cl 5.98 Very supple becoming full and long, finishing on spicy notes with a powerful aroma of black fruits and liquorice.
